Four Problems

Hi
My name is waqas akram
i have facing four problems
1.Task managef dislabled by Administator
2.Registry editor dislabled by Administator
3.Foleder opitions are disabled
4.SVCHOST>EXE error

can any one helps me to resolve these errors
