I am writing this to everyone who is experiencing the problem of "Windows
cannot find 'path/file name'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and
then try again..."

I used to get this message to docx, xls, fla files and internet link all the
time.

A week ago I found out that this problem is actualy not a bug but a virus.
It turned out that it's a trojan which had infected ALL exe files in my
computer. Every time I did clean install acualy I was selfinfecting myself
with the programs which I kept on D drive.

The solution is to delete ALL programs including the instalational ones as
well. I did that - made clean install, downloaded again all programs I needed
and now for more than 7 day I am bug/virus free!!!

So, uh, then you are not running Vista anymore?

Which antivirus were you running so we can avoid it.

I tried Kasperky and Nod32. They both do fine job but I turn them off because
the system is crawling because of them.

Why do you think I am not with Vista any more? Vista has nothing to do with
this trojan. I am still with Vista and I don't intend on going back to XP.

I gues the best way to avoid viruses is to be carefull what you download and
which sites you visit.
