Found New Hardware Wizard Box

How do I get rid of this "Found New Hardward Wizard" box? It comes up on boot up. I have no new hardware that isn't working. Thanks

Which hardware is detected by the Wizard? Remove the same device from
the Device Manager and then also remove all references to it from the
Registry (scan the Registry for the name of the device or its
manufacturer to find such links). Restart Windows and let the Wizard
install the device.
