found a free piece of java script to build a tree for my website

Downloading a so called world class piece of software called "first page"
... its name seems familiar to me ...that allows first class html editing
,,, lets all hold our breath in anticipation.. and they say its free

Where does it say it is free?

I am always suspicious of anything that is advertised in a box.
