forwards blocked

everytime someone sends me an attachment (the little
paperclip icon) I am never able to open it. A blurb
appears
that states OE has removed access to the following unsafe
attachments in your mail.
No matter who the attachment is from, I am never able
to open it, even from those whom I know to be safe.
This is very frustrating.
Please help

In an Outlook Express window, click on Tools> Options. On the Security
page, uncheck the choice to block attachments. Caution: Many attachments
are unsafe. Save them to disk and scan them for viruses *before* opening
them.
