forwarding/printing problems

First someone please tell me how to use this website. I asked some questions last week but cannot find my post or any answers. How do I locate them?

I am reposting my questions

1) I have hotmail, husband uses outlook express. We recently upgraded to windows XP.
I cannot forward messages without the person I am emailing to getting a message that is all bunched up with these symbols(>>>>>>>>) intertwined in the middle of the words.
2) Also I am unable to forward animated pictures that someone sends to me-though I can usually receive them I cannot send them.
Also cannot use websites like hotbar where you can add animations to your e-mails. I can download hotbar but the animations wont appear on the e-mails.

3) Also printer wont work, brand new Epson Stylus Photo 820, just recently bought refilled cartridges but when I go to print something the printer acts like it is printing but page comes out blank.

I would appreciate some advice...

First of all get rid of Hotbar... it's spyware...
Your friends may already have spyware removers or spyware blocks on their computers and thats why they can't see your emails. I personally installed a killbit that prevents programs like hotbar from using bad active x loopholes on my computer so it would prevent your emails from showing on my computer the way you want them too.
Also the >>>>> lines in emails are caused by your settings in the email programs. I know in the hotmail accounts you have to set the reply/forwarding settings. you have several types of settings... like include full, part, and how you want the reply settings set, with or without the >>>> included. they need to be set in the email options of hotmail account. Outlook Express settings need to be set in the same way. Open Outlook Express and click on tools and then options and then check to see if all the options you want are checked on each tab. Make sure that send tab has the out going mail set for html. mark and so-on... You want to have the same types of setting for both accounts.
Since Outlook uses hotmail to send out the mail ... you should start with the email settings in hotmail first.
