Forwarding mail

I have a dummy email address in my organisation and I need all emails
received by that dummy email address to be forwarded to an external email
address outside of my organisation.

How do i do this?
 
Exchange? Is the address assigned to a user, contact, group, public folder?
Either way; you should control this on the Exchange server and not within
Outlook. With a dummy address it's best that you use a Contact for this in
Active Directory.

server?

Open the user object in AD U&C-> tab Exchange General-> button Delivery
Options...
