Forwarding Hotmail to another e-mail

I have followed the help within Hotmail but still am not able to forward my
hotmail e-mail to another e-mail, i.e., yahoo mail. Any suggestions?
 
Hotmail messages may only be forwarded to a Personal Domain account (e.g.,
(e-mail address removed)), not to other email providers like Yahoo or Gmail.
