No problem.
First, I take it your on an Exchange Server at work, and hope it's at Least
Oultook 2000 on your desktop at work.
This way we can assume your mail will be forwarded even if you turn the
office box off.
Rules are your game, maybe one on work and home computer(s) respectively.
Office computer click Tools/Rules Wizard/ and start from new rule: straight
foward Rule to the effect of:
Apply this rule when the message arrives /next
check the box: Were my name is in the TO or CC box /next
check the box: Foward it to People or Distribution list
then click in the lower box for the underlined portion, and choose your
personal e-mail address from yourself as a contact.
This is a basic rule, you could also go further and tell the rule to move
the message that was fowarded, to a specific folder so you can get an item
count to verify all copies... heaven forbid a message is fowareded to you
while you're intransit to work. This is my suggestion you do NOT have the
message perm delete the message.
Your home computer can have a rule to move the message to a WORK folder you
create.
Also, by unchecking the box for the rule activation, it won't work while
your @work, just recheck it b4 you go home for the weekend.
