Forward emails to another email address

Is it possible to Forward/Transfer Yahoo web mails (no pop3 facility) to
another email address (hotpop), without opening the yahoo mails?

You already asked this in another, identical post. The answer is the
same - look at Yahoo Mail help or contact the Yahoo Mail tech support
for the answer. This isn't a Windows issue. Yahoo is entirely
responsible for the web mail software they use and how they set up
their mail servers.
