Forward a meeting request

Outlook 2007: If I am not the originator of a meeting request, but wish to
forward it to members of my team, how do I go about doing that?

Actions>Forward works for me.
 
If it is a meeting request sent to me by another party that I have accepted
and then I want to forward to another person, I can click actions-->forward.
However, that includes EVERYONE on the original invite. In Outlook 2003, the
"TO:" line was blank and I added who I want to send it to. Now the TO line is
full of everyone's name that was on the original invite.

FYI...most everyone in our company uses Outlook 2003 and I've just recently
upgraged to 2007. If that makes a difference. Thanks for your help.

You can forward it as an ICS file or I believe you can use the Scheduling
tab to remove the list of attendees.
 
What is actually causing this to occur. Is there an actual fix for this
instead of a work around?
 
Thanks Diane. I am the exchange architect for my environment. I will request
the hotfix, apply it to my pre production server, and test. Once confirmed, I
will provide feedback (approximately 2 weeks).

the problem, its for exchange so your admin will need to install it. Give

Does this hotfix also work for excahnge 2007? we have users with the same
problem that are using outlook 2007 on exchange 2007...
 
I don't think so. You should open an incident with PSS - they may have a fix
for exchange 2007 that isn't public yet.
