Formulas And Data Missing????!!!!

HELP!!!
I was working on a budget this morning and saving along the way.
printed out my worksheet and saved it. Went for lunch (left th
document open), came back and did some more changes, saved the
scrolled down and most of he formulas I had put in earlier wer
gone!!!!
Is there any way to get my data back?:eek
 
Not now you have saved it. Had you copied any large areas and then pasted them,
possibly overwriting stuff further down the sheet? Either way the question is
academic, as the data is gone.
