When I type a formula in the formula bar, the cell displays the text of the formula, not the result. What happened?
A Ashish Mathur Mar 20, 2009 #3 Hi, Ensure that the cell is not formatted as text. Go to Format > Cells > General. Another possibility could be that you have accidentally pressed Ctrl+~.
