Maybe someone can help me...
My problem is the following.
I want to copy a formula from one cell to another cell.
I'm doing this using the Ctrl-C/ Ctrl-V combinations.
Source formula:
D5-C4 (25-10) (result is in cell D6: 15)
Target formula:
D7-C6 (15-5) (result should show in cell D8: 10)
The formula that is in the new cell should now reflect the
new information and show me the updated result.
However, in order for it to do this, I must first go into
formula in the target cell (D8), and confirm that this is
the formula I want. Otherwise I still see the result from
the source formula, EVEN THOUGH THE FORMULA HAS BEEN
WRITTEN CORRECTLY.
That is: I see the following target formula
D7-C6 (15 - 5)
But see the RESULT from the source formula: 15.
Is there anyway I can copy formulas and not need to
confirm them?
I'm going batty. (flap flap)
