Hello...
I have made a schedule that associates various tasks in
column A and the estimated required time to complete it
along the horizontal portion of the schedule. Various
people are involved in completing the indivdual tasks, so
I have denoted them as different colored cells in the
various task rows. Within each cell I have put a number,
say "1", to represent the increment of time. What I would
like to do is sum the time that each person spends on the
entire project.
To say that in another way, I would like to sum the values
all of the cells in a certain range that are formated say
red.
