I actually created a form in Excell, I would not like to create this form
over and over again-does anyone know how i might be able to fill it out and
have a button that will save it into a file but leave the existing form up so
I can do it all aver again.
 
You might try asking in an Excel newsgroup. This one is about managing
documents in Microsoft Word.
