Help. Now I'm really confused. I found a posting that
said save the form as an active server page. When I did
this the original error message I was getting went away,
so I thought I was on the right track. What should I do
to get this thing to work? Do I save the form as html?
Is it best to have the results written to a database as
opposed to a text file? I'm wiling to try anything at
this point. I suppose we could re-install the server
extensions if this is necessary. Should I have the
results e-mailed as well as written to a text file?
Thanks for any help.

Susan,

If what you are building is a FrontPage form, then you
should use .htm or .html extension.

In addition, the FP form requires the FrontPage Server
Extensions as well as publishing with FP to an http
location.

The error messages associated with the form could be a
result of the extensions being corrupt or a problem with
your form properties. Of course providing a URL for the
form page would be helpful.

Re: results... It is common to use both file and email.
The data base option would depend on how you wish to store
your data.
