Forms/Queries taking up whole screen

Vista/Access 2007

I created a new database, and imported all the data and objects from a
backup.

Now, when I open a form, query, etc. they take up the whole window, and I
can't resize them.

How do I get them back to where I can resize them?

That's the default in Access 2007 'tabbed' windows

Go to the Officebutton
Choose Access options
Choose current database
choose Overlapping windows

Close database and restart Access you should now be able to resize your
windows.

Thanks, I've been trying to figure this one out for about 2 hours. That's 2
hours I'll never get back.
