It can't be done. The reason is that a malicious visitor
could view source in their browser, change the drop-down
list to a text box, and start using your Web site to send
spam all over the world.
If the number of recipients is small, perhaps you can have
a separate copy of the form for each one. Otherwise, you'd
need to write your own code in ASP or ASP.NET.
