I reinstalled windows Xp Pro and now i have 2 of them on
my computer. When I start up, I have two windows Xp Pro
to choose from and I can only run the lastest reinstalled
windows Xp Pro and not the old one because when ever I
try I get this error message
[Windows root]\system32\hall.dll file is missing or
corrupt and it tells me to install that file but I can't.
Now I want to know is how can I unistall the old program
because it is taking alot old my disk space up.

You can boot into the installation you want to keep and delete the Windows
folder of the other installation.

Are both installations installed on the same partition (drive letter)? If
so, then you probably won't want to delete the Program Files folder as
that's probably being shared by your two installations.

You'll also want to update your boot.ini to remove the entry for the
installation you want to get rid of.
