Hello,

I've just started using Outlook XP as a part of MS Office and I've decided
to use WordMail because it appears I've got so many more options for
formatting. But do I really? Will the recipient's message look like the
message that I've composed? Font's graphics, tables and all? Might anyone
have any suggestions for using WordMail to compose messages?

Thanks,

Jen

The final appearance of your email will depend on the recipient. In a
semi-homogenous corporate environment, this isn't a problem, but if you're
using it for personal email, then every other email client will display
differently depending on the settings.

Jason.

How about fonts? Say if the recipient doesn't have the fonts that I used in
the message? Are fonts embedded in messages? Or would he have to have that
particular font installed on his computer? Is there a way to embed the fonts
in messages?

Thanks,

Jen

Their computer will choose a font the recipient has and display the
character residing in that character place in that font.

No to the former and yes to the latter.

I don't speak for Smiths, and Smiths doesn't speak for me.

The only way I know of to embed the font's is probably more then you want to
go through. Use HTML/CSS to load the font off of a remote server. You may
need the assistance of WEFT.
