IS THERE A WAY TO GENERATE A FORMAT THAT WILL MAKE 5 SPACES BEFORE THE TEXT THAT I ENTER, AND MAKE THE 6TH CHARACTER BLUE AND THE 7TH RED?

No.. spaces is possible but not format text where different characters have
different colours

Jonathan,

It is possible to format various characters in different colors. I don't
know of a format code for it, but it can be done manually with Format -
Cells - Font, or with a macro. The cell must contain text, not a formula or
number.

Please don't post in all caps it is hard to read. Fortunately it was
not a lengthy question so I could read it without resort to translation.
But it must be even more difficult for people who don't have English as their
native language or are no longer in the lower grades of elementary school.

Tom Ogilvy and Chip Pearson posted solutions on how to provide
different colorings per character within a cell you can adapt that macro.

You cannot do what you ask with a single format within a cell.
You must manually select the letters and format them on the address bar,
and you won't see colors for that on the address bar until you've finished.
Or you can use a macro. Also only for text, not for formulas.

Your subject line correctly identifies your question but it is also in
all CAPS. Instructions for installing a macro on my getstarted.htm page.
A list of colorindex values can be found on my colors.htm page.

Also inserting 4 spaces is probably about the equivalent of inserting
two digits as far as spacing goes, but if you put formatting in the cell
to include spaces i.e _8_8_8_8@
then you .lose the colors for individual characters so you must
enter the spaces yourself either manually before adding color, or
in the macro.
