Hello,
Can anyone tell me how to format a text form field for social security
numbers? I formatted it this way:
Type = Number
Max length = 12
Number format = 000-00-0000

When I enter 999-99-9999, a warning dialog prompts me for a 'valid number'.
When I enter 999999999, it displays 999999999-0000-.

Please help!

Mindy

Try ###-##-#### instead (there are hyphens between the # characters).

Oops!

Form fields - I was thinking of Word fields and thus my answer is probably
irrelevant.
