formatting on a report

i have a report with 3 subreports that show percentages calculated in the
subreport from fields calculated in a query. i am trying to have the fields
that are less than 100% show in bold. any suggestions?
 
Open the report in design view.. Right click on the field you want to
play with. Choose the option Conditional formatting. You should be able
to figure the rest out from that screen
