When I cut and paste text from a web page into a blank MS Works page, I lose
paragraph spacing and text displays as Times font (I want Arial for easy
reading).
How To ?> Retain paragraph spacing and transfer text with results in Arial
font. Any assistance, direction or suggestions would be helpful. Thank you
kindly.

Thank you Galen, but your link leads nowhere but to an endless array of
subjects, and no way to even access. If anyone has a link to such forums,
could they please identify how a person is to access to view? May sound
silly, but to a new user, this is confusing.
Thank you

*chuckles* Sorry about that - it's overwhelming at first.

That will take you right to the Word group where you can post your question
anew.

When you're right clicking and pasting the content into Word are you
selecting the option to maintain source formatting? Just a question - I'm by
no means a Word guru I'm afraid else I'd happily answer it.

Try this:

Open a Works page and make sure your font is set to Arial.
Open Notepad also (Start\Programs\Accessories\Notepad). Format > Font >
change Notepad's font to Arial
Go to the web to find the text you want; Edit > Copy

In Notepad, paste the text (Notepad will clean up a lot of things from the
web)
Then, in Notepad, copy the text you just pasted into it.
In Works, (which you already set for Arial) paste the text.

When I'm working in a word processor and the web, I always keep both it, and
Notepad, open.
