Formatting Assistance

Hello...I have a formula that contains text and can't seem to format it
correctly...any suggestions will be greatly appreciated:

Formula:
="Average Savings = "&"$"&SUM(D15-D21)

Displays as:
Average Savings = $2746.77285714286

Would like to display as:
Average Savings = $2746.77

="Average Savings = "&"$"&TEXT(SUM(D15-D21),"$#,###.##")
