formatting a DVD-RW DIsc

Hi

I've just brought some dvd-rw discs but I cant seem to format them. Have
tried under Nero oem suite3 (InCD) but i can't get it to work.

Is there a program under XP or another program I could use? My drive is a
ToshibaDVD-R5112

Nero should do it.. But Suite 3? They are on 6 now.
 
Nero does not support DVD drives until Version 6. If in fact I am reading
you correctly, you are out of luck with version 3.
