format zip drive

I am running XP and have a few ZIP discs I want to use..when I reformat them
should I use the ntfs selection or fat 32 ?

Removable storage is typically formatted fat32, as the primary benefit to
NTFS is security. I cannot foresee the benefit to using NTFS on a removable
device as non windows NT based systems will not be able to access the NT File
System.
