Format Text Outlook

I can not access the format text section of outlook 2007. Also, is there a
way to backup the calander and contact information?

Font formatting for Outlook itself & all of Windows is controlled in Windows
Control Panel, Windows Colors and Appearance, Open Classic Appearance
(Vista), Advanced. You can change fonts for emails in Outlook by using Tools,
options, Stationery & Fonts, Personal Stationery. Look up Fonts in Help for
more and look up Backup in Help for instructions on downloading the Backup
Tool.
