Format subtotal rows

I'm trying to find the easiest way to format the rows containing
subtotals only. If i just reduce the group to only see the totals and
format that, it formats the rows in between as well. Is a macro or
conditional formating easiest?
 
CF is easiest, but you may be limited in what you can do. Bold yes, font
size no.

(remove nothere from email address if mailing direct)
 
Hide the details
select the range
edit|Goto|special|visible cells only
format the cells.
