I have a cell that is formatted as [m] which gives the result of 91. I want
to use this in a calculation as a normal number, but don't know how, i.e. I
want to subtract 91 from another cell which isn't formatted as [m].

How do I do it?

Multiply by 60*24 and it is the number 91
