Format font colour

I have an option box which is 'Yes/No'. In a text box field I want the font
to change colour depending on the option box selection. I am using the value
box and have managed to input a line of text as a tester. Using the
following, what is the correct syntax for font colour changing?

Format([Description] , fmt )
