FORMAT EXCEL WORKBOOK (PAGE SETUP) ALL AT ONCE INSTEAD OF BY PAGE

how can i format an excel workbook all at once instead of by each page
separately (landscape, header, footer)?
 
Before you do any changes select all sheets (click the first, hold down
shift and click the last), do the changes and then right click any sheet and
select ungroup sheets
