Format Conditioning

I want to compare the values in 2 ranges "N1" and "O1:O4". If the value in
N1 is in one of the cells in O1:O4 then I want both cells to light up.
In N1 I have tried = N1 = O1:O4 but have not gotten a result.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks it works a treat!
For 01:04 I have modified it to work in each cell ie O2 is now =O2=N1

That is what I meant, just didn't explain it well.

You can select O1:O4 in one go and set the formula with
=O1:$N$1
it adjust for O2 etc.
