format 130 GB or Larger?

I just bought a WD 160 GB hard drive and WinXP will only let me format up to 130 GB. How do I format the full 160 if you do not have WinXP w/service pack1 ? If anyone has any ideas they would greatly be appreciated!

Well, you need to install SP1!

and you really should consider partitioning an absurd sized drive like
that...you'd been better off with a couple of 80's...much better off...

Get SP1 for a start. Then progress from there!
