Form wizard does not function

Trying to use a form wizard to create a form from a table, after assignig the
table where the data come from, no fields are found, which means I can't
select them...

Most wizards are not installed when you do the regular install. You need to
do the custom install to install them. I'm not sure about the form wizard,
though.

Probably your best bet is to custom install.
