Hi, any help or advice would be appreciated

I am creating letterheads, fax sheets, invoices etc for a friend who has no word-processing experience at all. Therefore it needs to be foolproof! I started first on the letterhead, using form fields for the name/address block. I have never used these before and find that although it creates a nice block which you click on and type what you want, I also find that if you use the return key it creates spaces and so the block could be moved. I then tried the letterhead template in Word, this allows you to input what you want, but moves everything else down the page. This is not foolproof. When I get to invoices, etc where I will have a table below the address - I can only imagine the problems this would cause

What I really want is something which is locked in place, only allows you to type in certain amounts of text and does not move from its position on the page. What would you suggest?

Thank
C

I would suggest a userform, which is a custom dialog into which the user
enters things like the address details and then when they click on a button
on the form, the data that they have entered is inserted into the documnet
in pre-defined places.
