Form search by dev ashish

I downloaded from mvp.org the form frmsearch created by Dev Ashish. When I
open the form in one of my databases it shows the tables and queries but it
not shows the where fields? in other dababases its works fine. Why can I
not see in the specific database the where fields?

Any solution is welcome

Problem solved the version I used was a converted copy of access 97 I found
another version for access 2000
