form results not showing questions.?

The only way to see the question in the results using the FP Form Handler is that the question must
also be the field name, however field names can not have spaces or other special characters, or
begin with a number.

I'am working on an xp pro with fp2003, I can not get my form results to show
or print the questions in the results. I have checked the correct boxes for
this to work but is not working. email me at (e-mail address removed) please.
