Form on Excel

I've created a form for sales people to fill out on Excel. I've locked the
cells I don't want them to be able to change.

How can I make only those cells that are part of the form show on the screen
and not those to the left or bottom of it? Thanks for the help!
 
Put borders around the cells you want to be seen and turn off the gridlines?
