Form On Current not executing anymore

In the last week or two my form's on current code quit executing. It
formerly worked fine. I am the only user, and I have made no code changes
for some time. What are some other possible reasons for this please?

I found it. Somehow, and this is a mystery to me, the [Event Procedure]
entry for On Current was gone from the form's Properties sheet... strange.
