It sounds like you are referring to navigation buttons. Open the form in
design view. Click on View > Properties, to display the properties dialog, if
it is not already displayed. The blue title bar of the properties dialog
should indicate Form (so that you are viewing the properties for the form, as
opposed to a control on the form). Click on the Format tab. Set Navigation
Buttons to Yes.
