FORM looks different on different machine with same resolution?!?

Hi

out site looks different on different machines with same resolution
both running windows 2000 and IE 6.0 with same resolution(800*600)

both IE use the same encoding and the same Text size

on my computer for example pop up are smaller so the layout is changed
some text is in bold and bigger

Do you mean browser text?
on my computer for example pop up are smaller so the layout is

There has to be something different between the two machines. My guesses:

Different video drivers/monitors
Different DPI settings (as set in the Display Properties dialog by pressing
the Advanced button on the Settings tab)
