Form Generation

I have a form that i would like to be generated everyweek for each
employee.The form is in Excel...do i just import it or is there another
way...and how do i get the form to print automatically for 5 employees with
their resp.IDNO'S and EMPNAMES. Is there a way i can autogenerate the form?
 
A "form" in Access is an object in the database window that you create to
provide users "screens" for navigating your application and viewing/editing
data. Reports (this news group) are for publishing your information mainly
to paper.

I am not aware of any method for importing an Excel form into a report
design. You can import data from Excel into an Access table.
