Form "FROM"

How can I change the results of the form submission to
read something other than "ROOT" when it comes to me, fo
rthe sender?

You can't as the email is generated by the server and not the person
completing your form.

It may be possible to request your host to alter this, depending on the
server software.

You can define the subject line in Form Properties_Options. You can use a Field to collect a different value

The FROM is the e-mail you setup on your server, which you can change if necessary.

Sorry, but with so many other ng's not using it I've grown to hate it..!
It does make things very hard to follow once the thread gets over three or
four posts without anyone snipping.

I understand.
I'm one of those folks who reads everything
in the preview pane and having to scroll down
past what I've just read drives me nuts.
