Form Flow

I am in the army and we use a program called Form Flow to
fill out paperwork.
It was installed on my computer and worjing fine. I just
tried to use the program and windows gave me a 16- bit
windows subsystem error saying
" c:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt the system file is not
suitable for running ms-dos and microsoft windows
applications. choose close to terminate the application."

Just worked a couple a weeks ago any thoughts?
