form fields - word 2000

Yes, but you don't really need additional form fields. Double click a
formfield. Note its bookmark name. Click "Calculate on exit." Insert REF
fields at the additional location you want the information in the formfield
repeated. The REF field will look something like this:

{ REF Text1 }

The field code brackets { } are entere with CTRL+F9
