Form Design Mode: Lost Ruler Bars?

On one of my apps, when I bring a form up in Design mode, there are no ruler
bars across the top and down the left side.

I'm guessing I've stepped on an option somewhere, but I cannot find it.

Anybody know where to look?
 
Pete, Go to View Menu in your Design mode windows and click Ruler option
command to activate it.
