this but none helped my problem.
under internet properties, content. I have forgotten the
supervisor password. I did this so long ago, my hint
doesn't even help.

You and the other clown just above,mis-spelled her own name and
doesn't know how to change it. Combined you would have a mis-spelled
password and really be in trouble. :-)

thank you for trying to help instead of just a comment
about how stupid i am. I did try what you sent, and it
would work if the password was shown in astericks. on
the content advisor it is only a blank where you enter
it. This would be helpful for finding out what the
password is if windows saved it and showed it astericks.

I don't understand all the smart a**es on here. Only
comment if you are trying to help someone, otherwise keep
it to yourself.

There's a registry edit you can do to delete the password; I had to do it
for a customer once. I just did a search on Google for "content advisor
password" and this is the first thing on the list:
http://www.pchell.com/support/contentadvisor.shtml

If you aren't comfortable editing the registry, you might want to have
someone give you a hand with this.

There are several other links that have more advice. You might want to do
the search yourself and see what makes the most sense for you to try.

kerri,
Sorry the link didn't work for you. And I wouldn't even dream of commenting
on how "stupid" you are. The fact is that I most likely know less about
these machines than you, or anyone you know.
And that post you received about ' passwords are not for everyone' could
have easily been written to me. I usually limit my use of passwords to a
handful and even then I have to stop and think about which I've used &
where. I don't have a photogenic mind. :{)
And before I get flamed for (photogenic) saying that, it's a joke.
