Forgotten Password

Hi,
My wife forgot her Win XP Password, how can I access the hardisk , can I
install XP new from the original disk? doesn't she lose all her data files
then?

Password Expires

If you cannot enter and want to reinstall, a repair-install should
keep the data.

Now dont just jump on that reinstall.

If by some chance you or her knows the Administrator password or if there is
one do this.

On the welcome screen press ctrl+alt+del 2 times and then you can log on
with the administrator account. (make sure that no other user is loged on if
there are any others)

Or look at the site that the other person said.

That will work only if:
1. Windows XP Pro
2. Either no password or password is known for Administrator.
If either of the above are false, it will not work.
